Jim's Philosophy As a "Born Again" Christian, I try to act in a manner that would please Jesus. My Lord comes first, followed closely by my family whose needs take precedence over my work. I have been blessed with wonderful clients from many cultural and religious backgrounds. Due to interesting and unique careers in the corporate and business educational sectors from 1969 to 1995, and my family lifestyle values, it is natural for me to easily connect with all kinds of people. I've experienced and overcome the stresses of business and marriage failures which are all too common in our present society. Most of my clients have most of their net worth in real estate, whether it be their home, vacation property or perhaps an income property. Due to my strong financial skills and over 30 years of business practices, I apply this expertise to my client's investments. Having managed people in both small and large enterprises, I've elected to keep my real estate practice fairly simple by providing a one-on-one service. I avoid taking on too many clients simultaneously. This ensures that my clients receive the absolute best possible expertise in each aspect of Buying or Selling real estate. (For the more complex commercial ventures, I have access to many specialists.) Perhaps I'm somewhat "over-qualified" to be described as a "real estate salesperson", but I enjoy my work and take great pleasure in achieving results beyond my clients' expectations.
