Jim's Resume: As you may notice below, I have been fortunate to have a very interesting and successful business career. This breadth of business experience is quite extraordinary compared to the other 27,000 licensed realtors in the Toronto area. My clients utilize this experience and abilities in a full range of residential, commercial and investment real estate opportunities. Although most of my work is in the residential GTA market, it is common for me to buy or sell properties in cottage or ski country and even do real estate work in the Caribbean. I work on less than 50 real estate projects a year, as I don't believe one can achieve the most effective results for their clients by assigning work to junior associates or by utilizing telemarketing and mass marketing techniques in real estate. Each property sale or property investment is a unique business project for me, whereby I carefully create and develop a customized marketing project for each client. The cost of my services is below the higher rates, and tends to be quite close to the average rates in the industry.
